中國科學院廬山植物園2023年下半年高層次人才招聘公告
中國科學院廬山植物園成立于1934年，是我國首個國立科學植物園。經(jīng)過幾代科學家和科技工作者的不懈努力，面向國家生態(tài)文明建設和江西省經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重大科技需求，以人才隊伍建設和科研能力建設為抓手，在植物學，植物多樣性和生態(tài)學等多個研究領(lǐng)域取得豐碩成果，為美麗中國“江西樣板”建設提供有力支撐，是我國植物科學研究與生物多樣性保護的重要基地。
廬山植物園根據(jù)國家需求與學科發(fā)展，設置了以下五個研究中心：（1）植物多樣性研究中心；（2）生態(tài)與環(huán)境研究中心；（3）湖泊與濕地研究中心；（4）資源植物研究中心；（5）中藥植物研究中心。五個研究中心下設若干個研究組。
根據(jù)我園的發(fā)展需要，現(xiàn)向國內(nèi)外公開招聘高層次人才，具體要求如下：
一、崗位應聘基本條件
1.立志從事科學研究事業(yè)，身體健康，工作踏實，誠實正直，嚴謹治學，能獨立開展工作；
2.有良好的團隊合作精神與奉獻精神；
3.具有研究生學歷、博士學位;
4.研究員崗位應具有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗并以第一作者或通訊作者身份在SCI Top10%刊物上發(fā)表過高水平研究論文（一般應在4篇及以上），并主持多項科研項目或取得過重大應用性創(chuàng)新科技成果。副研究員崗位應具有2年以上工作經(jīng)驗并以第一作者或通訊作者身份在SCI收錄的國際期刊上公開發(fā)表較高水平的研究論文（一般應在3篇及以上），并主持省級及以上科研項目（一項及以上）;助理研究員崗位應具有博士學位并以第一作者或通訊作者身份身份在SCI收錄的國際期刊上公開發(fā)表較高水平的研究論文（一般應在2篇及以上）。
5.考生在報名時，有以下情形之一者不具備報考資格：
①因犯罪受過刑事處罰的；②被開除中國共產(chǎn)黨黨籍的；③被開除公職的；④涉嫌違法違紀正在接受紀檢監(jiān)察機關(guān)或者司法機關(guān)審查尚未作出結(jié)論的；⑤受黨紀、政紀處分未滿處分期限的；⑥被依法列為失信聯(lián)合懲戒對象的；⑦在各級各類公開招聘考試中被認定有舞弊等嚴重或特別嚴重違反錄用紀律行為的人員；⑧有法律、法規(guī)和相關(guān)規(guī)定不得招聘為事業(yè)單位工作人員的其他情形的。
6.年齡條件。應聘研究員的年齡一般不超過45周歲；應聘副研究員的年齡一般不超過40周歲；應聘助理研究員的年齡一般不超過35周歲，其中特別優(yōu)秀者可放寬。
年齡上限計算方法為：35周歲以下是指1987年6月以后出生，其它年齡段要求，以此類推。此年齡計算方法適用于本次考試的報名、考試、體檢、考察、公示、錄用等所有環(huán)節(jié)。

1.報名時間：即日起至崗位招滿為止。

四、面試辦法
我園收到應聘申請材料后經(jīng)評估決定申請者面試資格。面試考核，主要考察業(yè)務能力、工作實績等內(nèi)容。
面試的具體時間和地點另行通知。
五、體檢、考察
1、體檢：參照《國家公務員錄用體檢通用標準（試行）》執(zhí)行。
2、考察：主要考察了解應聘人員的思想政治和現(xiàn)實表現(xiàn)等情況。
3、體檢、考察合格者列為擬聘用人選并進行公示，公示期為7個工作日。
六、聘用、待遇
1、擬聘用人選經(jīng)公示無異議，按規(guī)定辦理相關(guān)聘用、入編手續(xù)，享受事業(yè)單位工作人員待遇，納入全額撥款事業(yè)編制。實行試用期，試用期按國家有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。試用期滿考核不合格，按有關(guān)規(guī)定予以解聘。
2、優(yōu)惠待遇：我園提供安家費、住房補貼及科研啟動金，具體標準請電話咨詢。博士津貼每月1000元，免費提供人才公寓住房3年。

Lushan Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences
Research positions available
Lushan Botanical Garden of Chinese Academy of Sciences is now seeking applicants for a number of research positions available.
Lushan Botanical Garden founded in 1934, a prestigious botanical institution in botany, ecology, and other plant science related research, as well as plant conservation and garden based research. The garden aims to meet the major scientific and technological needs of constructing national ecological civilization and economic and social development of Jiangxi Province, currently through integrating the innovative resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jiangxi Province. The garden is committed to becoming a world-class, multidisciplinary botanical garden that focuses on plant research, conservation, and public education. It also aims to contribute to a "Jiangxi model" of Eco China. Qualifications and/or Experience:
Group PI:
l Doctorate in Biology, Botany, Ecology, Horticulture or related field in plant sciences required.
l Must be an associate professor or professor of university or equivalent position of research institutes.
l Must be able to manage a research group and conduct independent research project.
l An international recognized record of scientific publications.
l Minimum three (3) years progressive experience in original research or relevant working experience.
l Demonstrated ability in successful grant writing and research project management.
l Previous PI position experience preferred
Group Member:
l Doctorate in Biology, Botany, Ecology, Horticulture or related field in plant sciences required.
l Adequate scientific publications.
l Demonstrated ability in grant writing and conducting research projects.
Remuneration Package
We provide competitive salary, plus incentives of Jiangxi provincial Talent Program and Jiujiang City Talent Program.
